Tomoko joined, but then shakomatic declared a bill failed in which 3 of the 5 lords vote in favor of a bill tomoko made. Shakomatic seemly come up with a rule of his own, and everyone goes full spurdo.

The aftermath

People found the entrance of narnia and in it the long missing constitution. It was discoverd that Actually the rule was never that 3/5 of the votes are enought to pass a bill, it was 2/3 all the time. The 3/5 rule was first added on the RR before the first draft of the Constitution was made public.
