 The green dot is an unfinished manor which I am building, which is within Shako's claim. Also within the disputed area are a sign I placed on the mountain over a week before he arrived in the area, a few cobblestone border posts which I placed after Shako moved in (which he removed and I rolled back later), and Koinu's cross. I encourage the political moderators to teleport there and to verify these with a melon block.

Shakomatic insists on owning the entirety of the mountains as a matter of honour; I insist on retaining my parts of the mountain because they're an important scenic background for my settlement and I am building a small mansion there; the king of Winterlyn (Shako's liege) has been unavailable for comment. A compromise seems impossible.

 Shakomatic has agreed to keep the scenic beauty of the mountians within veiw of ppa but claims ownership due to security and mining within said mountians.
