Midorichansk it's a Russian settlement on cocos islands.

The area was found by Russian rebels in 2015 . Russian traveler Demugiwarren discovered these lands and proclaimed the establishment of the Republic of Midrochansk in March 2016. Later, the western lands were under occupation.
