 I agree with GK. Moderators need standards to follow when it comes to punishment, like an universal minimal time for bans. If you want to give a warning for trivial matters, you can kick the player in question one or two times.\\ In my opinion, short termed bans should last at minimum 24 hours, then range from there to infinite depending on the gravity of the indiction. +I suppose this isn't a requirement as it seems there are some pretty glaring holes in the ban record.
+It isn't compulsory, as there are other ways to check bans and ban durations (/ebaninfo and the modlog). I prefer to spend my time fixing damage instead of listing the bans here, since they are logged anyway. This list might be transparent, but it's bad style to force someone to add the bans here, threatening to remove the unlisted bans. --- //Enton 2013/06/24 01:39//
