Article 1

*Needs section making Kaiser head of State *needs section giving Kaiser precedence in international affairs

Section 4. The Imperial Throne shall be succeeded to by Imperial male descendants,

  • Addition: “as appointed by the rightfully reigning Kaiser”

Section 5. The kaiser is the Head of state of all the cities, towns, villages, colonies, and settlements in the Commonwealth

  • Capitalize kaiser

Section 6. The Kaiser shall perform only such acts in matters of state as are provided for in this Constitution. Section 7. The Kaiser confers titles of nobility, rank, orders and other marks of honor. Section 8. A Regency shall be instituted only in cases where there is an absence of a rightful heir and the Kaiser is either dead, missing, or unable to take his place . The Regent shall perform his acts in matters of state in the Emperor's name.

  • Addition: Addition: Something about a regent being able to be appointed by the kaiser at any time and the regent being the first lord, if the first lord is unavailable then the lords elect one among them.
  • Addition: “All acts of the sitting regent are allways subject to the oversight of the Kaiser uppon his return.”

Section 9. The Kaiser shall appoint Nobles into the Chamber of Lords with the approval of the current lords with a unanimous vote.

  • I dont remember to agreeing to this, maybe my memory is hazy, I would prefer it be with the approval of the first lord.

Section 12.The Kaiser determines the organization and peace standing of the Army and Navy or he may appoint a lord, with the approval of 2/3rds of the chamber.

  • this seems redundant and contrary to section 12 somewhat

Article 2

Section 3. Citizens and Residents are not equal under the law, and will be given rights depending on social status/ranks, these ranks include the following: 5. Untouchables; Untouchables are unwanted people banned from Breshikan Citizenry, residency and all land under the Commonwealth. A list of such people shall be kept by the king, who may add and remove individuals or states, with the approval of the Chamber.

  • This section should be called “persona Non Grata” not untouchables

Section 6. Knights, Bydlo, Citizens not in Government positions may freely renounce their breshikan citizenry. Nobles must be approved by the King before leaving the Commonwealth, any noble not approved by the King who revokes his citizenry will be considered a traitor and arrested.

  • I completely disagree with this, citizenship is a sacred thing that is bound to a mans soul, it can only be revoked by the chamber of lords

Section 7. Every Individual in Commonwealth territory has the right to bear arms.

  • Would add an exception to persona non grata

Section 8. No treaty shall be authorized for the extradition of political offenders or former slaves.

  • would remove political offenders

Section 9. Citizenry may only be revoked by the King or a Noble, or if the citizen is under the fiefdom of a knight, by a Knight. Any revoke can be dismissed by a 2/3rds vote in the chamber or by the King. If a dismissal of revoking of citizenry is made by the king, the Chamber must have a unanimous vote to overturn this measure.

  • would not give knights the right to revoke citizenship, only kick someone out of their settlement, which may be overturned by a regional noble or vote from the Chamber of Lords

I would like to add a section saying fags and muslims cant be citizens

Article 3

Needs section outlining job of first lord specifically

  • Ability to veto the house of lords
  • Management of the Breshikan Household

  • head of government
  • limited power of attorney

Section 1. The Chamber of Lords consists of 5 Lords, including the First Lord of Breshik. Each with one vote, the First lord shall be elected from among the other lords the first Saturday of every month, there is no limit on terms.

  • Chamber of Lords Consists of 5 Nobles, of which include 3 Lords, the King and the First Lord
  • Would prefer “First lord shall be appointed by the king or redesignated from among the three territorial lords by a unanimous vote

Section 4. Lords can appoint personal secretaries, ambassadors, or negotiate treaties with the approval of the Kaiser. Section 5. At Least 2 No debate can be opened and no vote can be taken in the Chamber, unless not less than one-third of the whole number of Members thereof is present.. Laws must be approved by the Kaiser, if the Kaiser rejects a law, his rejection can be overturned by 3 lords. In the case of a tie vote, the First lord shall have the casting vote. * overturned by all lords * Tie breaker vote meakes no sense

section 4
