• Remitter: Moloch Worshipping Cult;
• Nations: Beneficiary and Remitter;
• Parties: both leaders of Nations;
• Enclave: areas shown in picture two;
• The Bay: Venesian Bay shown in picture one (excluding Enclave);
• This Pact: The Bay Pact;
• Active: This Pact gets signed by both Parties;
• Inactive: Terms of This Pact get violated by either Nations after This Pact becomes Active.

Terms of This Pact:

1. Remitter agrees to hand over the ownership of The Bay to Beneficiary, under Terms of This Pact.
2. Beneficiary will not make any claims for any losses that happened before This Pact was Active.
3. Beneficiary becomes the sole owner of The Bay after This Pact becomes Active.
4. Remitter becomes the sole owner of Enclave.
5. Nations agree to never engage in any war with each other after This Pact becomes Active.
6. Violation of terms 1. to 5. stated in Terms of This Pact results in This Pact becoming Inactive.
7. Once This Pact becomes Inactive, The Bay becomes apolitical area.
