The Pomparley Convention has defined terms whereby the Kingdom of Winterlyn would not be targeted by the Republic of Ender if it refuses to take arms against the Republic of Ender in this conflict. Belligerents shall be granted a similar opportunity to opt out.

For the purposes of this arrangement, “the conflict” shall refer to the recent war between the Eastern Commonweath and the Republic of Ender.

A signatory constitutes a sovereign nation and cannot be applied towards supranational federations. A signatory must not have taken arms against the Republic of Ender during the conflict.

Signatories of this convention are afforded the following:

1. The President of the Republic of Ender shall exempt the signatory from the conflict and observe its neutrality so long as the party does not take arms against the Republic of Ender.
2. The President of the Republic of Ender shall not pursue takeover of the signatory state as a result of the conflict.

Signatories are afforded these so long as they meet the following:

1. Compensation of 100 Emeralds to the Republic of Ender from the signatory.
2. Refrain from taking arms against the Republic of Ender for the conflict.
